Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit at booking to hold your date and performer, with the remaining balance due before the event. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the event.

We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekend events and peak Vegas dates. That said, we handle last-minute bookings regularly. Reach out and we'll tell you what's possible.

Yes, we book worldwide. We have performers based across the US and regularly coordinate travel for events in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Nashville, Scottsdale, Chicago, and internationally. Las Vegas is our home base but we go where the gig is.

Yes. If you have a specific performer in mind, mention them in your booking request and we'll check their availability first. We can't always guarantee a specific performer but we'll do our best.

That depends on what you book. Options include character appearances, hype and entertainment roles, exotic dance performances, comedy sets, promotional hosting, themed entrances, Oompa Loompas, dwarf wrestling, mini Elvis, leprechauns, and more. We'll match you with a performer whose skill set fits your vibe.

Most appearances run 2 to 4 hours, though we can accommodate shorter or longer depending on the event. Extended bookings are available at an hourly rate. Duration is agreed upfront and written into the contract.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations are charged the full amount. Full terms are in your contract.

Yes. OnlyDwarfs carries general liability coverage. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, let us know during the booking process and we'll provide it.

For out-of-town gigs, travel (flights, hotel) is typically covered by the client and will be itemized in the quote. For nearby events, it's often rolled into the overall rate. Everything is spelled out upfront, no surprise costs.

In the rare event of a cancellation on our end, we will find a replacement performer of equal caliber or issue a full refund. It's covered in your contract regardless.

Yes, always. Every booking comes with a signed agreement that covers the scope of performance, payment terms, cancellation policy, and conduct expectations. This protects you and the performer.
